Our core business is to provide tailor-made service to our clients to ensure that the buildings will be correctly designed and built like designed, also to ensure that the whole building performs its design purpose and the work meet Chinese regulations; and to ensure the quality of construction and installation work; to ensure the whole construction work fulfils the budget from the client. • To assist the client and client’s foreign designer and transfer the design information and requirements to local DI (Design Institute) throughout the design stages and application procedures. • To assist the client by tendering and purchasing of major equipments and contracting of construction and installation works. • To assist client in supervision during the construction phase. • To commission the MEP systems and prepare the handover process of the building to the client.
